First post: wheel bearings

Hello - just joined up

Polo mk 5 is just down the garage now, new tyres and brakes which I knew about and a wheel bearing which I suspected. They're saying I should replace both bearings at the same time cos the other one might go - is this right?

Secondly it's got about 90k on the clock now ...
