Bosch Aerotwin brand new

Bought these for my my GTi but apparently they don't fit and I can't return them. They'll fit a Nov 2001 Polo onwards. 21" (drivers) and 19" (passenger).

Absolutely brand new...

£20 posted. Paypal preferred. PM me if interested.

Known airbag problems?

Hey all,

The airbag light on my GTi randomly came on this morning... it flashed for a while and then stayed on. I was wondering if it's just cos it was really cold this morning as it's never done, but I'm thinking about getting it booked in to check it out.

Any thoughts?

Bosch AeroTwins are £19 on Fleabay. Seems like a good deal to me.

I'm getting a whole new set. They're paying for the one they broke. I'm hoping this will help with the very noticeable flat spot around 2-3k revs.

Sorry, I'm being lazy, but I really need to replace the wiper blades on my GTi... what spec are they? Does anyone recommend a particular brand/style? The Champion ones seem OK, but maybe Bosch are better?

So yeh... what sizes are the fronts and the rear, and what brand should I get?

Ta :)

Any thoughts on these? I'm guessing the 8.5mm ones?

Well I found the problem... there was a nick in one of the HT leads, which means it was shorting out. You could actually see sparks jumping out every now and then. Taped it up with insulating tape and everything seems OK. Trouble is I don't know if I can convince the garage that they bodged the HT l...

I reckon I know the answer to this... but is there any way of checking the log file wotsit without taking to a garage!? After my local garage serviced on Thurs I've had problems, including the the "check" light flashing up on dash.

Garage broke my car!

OK so my car was running absolutely fine but the service/inspection thing was flashing on the dash and because I actually like this car, I booked it in for a service at my local garage. It was a "main service" which apaprently means they did all the usual stuff (all the filters) and then g...

Dotz wheels?

Anyone seen Dotz wheels before? I was in Target get some new front tyres and they've got them... these in particular look pretty sexy: http://www.dotz-wheels.co.uk/DOTZ_sh.htm

Anyone got any experience with them?
