Just trying to get rid of ...

Does anyone here know any decent forums as I have googled for some but as is the ...

Polo running problems

Over xmas the rear gearbox mount bolt snapped on my 86 Polo, this dopped the engine down a couple of inches, which then knocked the air cleaner against the bulkhead, the air cleaner being firmly attached to the carb. This all meant that the gasket between the inlet manifold and the carb was ...

I think you are right, they are non halogen, i.e a big round bulb? I am annoyed now as I thought they would be a direct replacement and I have a feeling Powerbulbs will tell me to bugger off!

Lights- Again!

So I took the forums advice and didnt bother with the rally lights, instead I ordered a set of standard lights from Powerbulbs, the Osram Silverstar H4.

H4 was the recommended fitting on the powerbulbs site but it doesnt seem to go, the metal ring is too small. I cannot see a similar looking ...

Yeah thats what I though might happen!

I hate those projector style lamps as well, they do my head in! If someone has them behind you every little bump in the road results in their beam hitting my mirrors straight into my eyes. And the people that drive around with fog lights on, dont even get me ...

Will this melt my car?

I have been looking at the power bulbs website and have been looking at these with interest.

http://www.powerbulbs.com/products/product.php?prodid=pr&type=H412V90/100W

I wonder if anyone has any knowledge of using these in a MK2 Polo and were there any adverse affects, i.e. did the massive power ...
