My Mental Polo

I've got a 1999 1.0 Polo... and its gone barking made!!!

First I'm driving along at 50 and the speedo goes up to 90... then back down to 0... then back up to 50 (all at the same approximate speed) Then the flashing lights, oil temp, handbrake!!!

It's the handbrake that is still the problem ...
