Giving it a damn good thrasing should help with it having done short journeys/low revs all its life, did for me anyway !

You can still get them don't know the part number though, if u ring a dealers with a decent sales person they should be able to find it for you, got my numbers from vw cardiff no trouble !

Indeed ! To me the car feels much 'happier' on Optimax/V-Power

The thing is the polo gti engine IS mapped for higher RON fuel, using normal 95 stuff in the gti will give lower performance, its designed to run on 98 RON fuel to give its quoted power. V-Power being an extra RON over optimax can only be a good thing as an extra deterrent against knock really too ?

I did the ccna years ago, alot of it has escaped my head now but I do remember it being very good in a factual way !

There's only one button I know of in that area and thats the button to turn off in interior alarm sensor so when he car is locked if anything moves inside the car, the alarm won't sound. The sensor itself is on passenger side of the headlining !
