The 1.4 tdi ones fit or the 1.2's they all run 256mm front discs, just find some of them on ebay

I bought mine for a 9n mate and they fit fine, the only difference between a 9n and a 9n3 is the front end is different everything else is the same, so no worries.

AP's are meant to be pritty good, a mate of mine had them fitted to his and has never had any problems and he has had them one for near a year wound all the way down. Dont get Jamex or v maxx coilovers mate there known for there unreliability when they are wound all the way down, the dampers start ...

ive got a set of jamex ones, which is the same coilover but a different make, they only lower your car by about 55-60mm an they go after a while the dampers on my set went after a short while, when it comes to coilies mate you get what you pay for sorry dude

Seen these wheels up close mate they dont look that good, ive seen them on a blue seat and they didnt quiet suite that mate

The lowest springs you can get dude are 55mm lowering springs and supersport make them you can get a set off of venom motorsport for a mk 6 polo but they are the same as the mk7 mate.
If you want 60mm springs your going to have to go down the route of coilovers dude thats the only way you will get ...

Mate coilovers are the way to go, most coilovers only run 30 percent dampening so they are'nt that harsh to run but you can go to 60 mm lowering springs but as your man said the dampers eventually get fudged because they are not meant to go that low.

Hi there
just bought a set of gti headlights for my polo, not to sure on how to fit
them it looks like the bumper might have to come off but i dont want to
cause any damage to the fron of the car ive only just had it repainted
so does any one have any DIY guides on how to fit them
