Heated Seat Switches and Loom

For those cold winter bums..

The loom has been cut but will be quite easily soldered again. £30

Switches are all fine. £30 for pair

I have a good method, if you search my build thread for around May 2012 you should find the post with it all in.

Re: Electrical gremlins

Best to get some wide grips and twist the boot chassis side clockwise. It comes off quite easily.

I had a similar issue and it turned out to be the door lock unit itself, where the air pipe meets the door lock.

Re: Help identifying 5th gear pair?

Yeah that diagram isn't helpful. What you need is this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Seat-Cordoba-Ibiza-085-Gearbox-5th-Gear-Pair-40-47-0-85-Ratio-/110998965788?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item19d80dce1c They are expensive from VW however,so i would suggest searching for a used set. T...

Hmm, Is the trim visible with the door card on? I'll get the card off and have another look.

Re: Window Rubbers Not Sealing

If I pour a watering can over the window, it's like a waterfall entering the door. The passenger side is worse than the drivers. I've sealed both doors with a plastic membrane so hopefully that might stop it..
