Re: TROTTA'S progress thread *.!SUMMER PRE-CLEAN + SCREENS!.
I'm talking to a guy on ed38 to get it done in carbon fibre but it's so flimsy I'm worried having it done may not fit my screen again ya know. Spraying it is a no no as it's like rubber not plastic so the paint would crack off. Mine stays really black after I use the t-cut back to black, it's like ...

Re: Brads progress: BIGGER BRAKES?
You won't notice bigger rear brakes much because if you brake, it's like 80% front and 20% rears..

Re: Introducing my GTI
No, i'm gonna cut out a roof from a 6N(2) from the breakers, then cut out the outer sections (left and right) and weld it to my roof. So it will have the shape allready adn it will be somewhat easyier to get it flush.
Hope this makes any sense, it's hard explaining it in another language! Will post ...

Re: Polo gti 6n2 misfire on cylinder 3 please help...
I'd start with the spark splugs, cause that would be the cheapest. Change cyl 3 with cyl 1 and see what happens...

Destroying an MK5 Golf boot:

Will have an MK5 boot opener, A6 door openers (there must be another word for it  ) and a smoothed roof by the start of new season. Roof's gonna be like this one:

Thanx all :)
Smoothed front rub strip aswell, take it you had it made?
Wheels are sick, got a soft spot for those if a little scene there still sick!
Polished typhoon kit aswell, I was thinking about doing that but to much effort for me ha!
I would totally fit chrome ve badges back on aswell ...

Maybe a nice excuse for blue mirror glasses? Part numbers (left and right, stubby's):
links: 1J2 857 521 B
rechts: 1J1 857 522 E
These are from a MK4 Golf, you only have to extend the wires a little bit apparantley.
