Hey guys I've done a search through the forums and couldn't find a step by step guide on how to change an alternator. I have the 1.4 16v 6n, just looking for a step by step guide how to do it myself, any help would be much appreciated thanks

i fitted my coilovers myself and yes u need a 21 or 22 spanner which dips down, can't remember what they're called, for the top mount

should have the coilies on by the end of the week, i'll get some pics up and tell me what you think

Just bought some coilovers- do i need to get copper grease on them? - What's the best looking ride height? Front and back Also i had my car serviced a few months ago when the 'service miles' starting flashing on the dash, but now i have 'service inspection' flashing, what does that mean? cheers, Mark

first thing i would have done before spending any other money would be on some coilovers

yeah i try to always let my everything warm up to temp before driving enthusuaticlly yeah thats a gd tip for putting into reverse, just gunna try and look after this gearbox and the rest of the car.

cant wait to get some pics up after my next few mods

i take it u can only get standard bearings and nothing i really need to be worried about

hey, my valver's booked in at a transmission specialist on Monday to get my gearbox recondtioned and new clutch. I'm paying about £650. I asked about getting uprated bearings but he said you can only have standard bearings :S anything i need to know or tell the guys before they start work ?? cheers,...
