I thought I would try my luck here first before I put it up on eBay.
After £30 inc P+P.
Has been used but looks almost spotless. A few small light scratches on the VW emblem but they are barley noticeable. All clips are intact.

Help me make a decision for tomorrow?
Hi,
I've been after tyres for a very long time, and my birthday has finally come round and I'm stuck between 2 sizes.
Tyres are for G60's on a stock ride height.
My mate in scotland has G60s on his MK1 Golf with 175/50/15 tyres. He loves his set up. But his car is lowered.
The other choice I have ...

hi all... and splitter...
I also cannot get one side on. Has been like it for ages now. I have have not had the time to remove the bumper to try again. A mallet never worked, as all it did was bend in the body work, so there was no back pressure behind it to force the splitter in!

Whirring noise when accelerating?
Doesn't sound good!
I have a similar issue with a whirring noise, except it only appears after you release the throttle and coast.
It doesn't get louder though. It disappears when I then use the throttle again.
Sorry to hijack!

Steering wheel rubbing problems?
Hi,
My steering wheel has recently started rubbing/scratching/grinding when you turn the wheel.
I have looked around the wheel, and along the bottom left of the wheel, there is a small piece of what looks to be copper sticking out, rubbing on the wheel.

Re: Shark Fin Aerial: bad FM reception
Believe its genuine. From eBay. Paid a good amount for it!
Possibly the head unit? Pioneer.
I had to get an adaptor to fit the aerial in the back...
I can barely get reception for Radio 1.

Is that the same with other ariels too?
I have the S2000 type. My reception for radio is terrible. I normally use my iPod though.

Hi,
My car has been at the repair shop for about a week now, and when I get home from work it should be there waiting for me to drive!
I've had the door replaced, and courtesy of my dad I have had a dent in the side skirt sorted to!

Re: THE Polo GTi Pedal Box Thread
My car drives fine (although the heavy clutch, squeaking pedal and jolting gear stick), i was told thats just because of the age of the car...
My car has been in for an MOT and service a few times, surely this is something that should be picked up on and repaired?
