Re: My Polo 1.9Tdi PD130 6 Speed *Custom Carbon Overlay*

I love it. Absolutely stunning. Is it real carbon? If not, where did you get the vinyl from? Absolutely stunning stuff.

He wants £8750 on him. I'm sure if you be nice he will let you off! :P

Goodluck mate!

Re: Sod public opinion im gonna do it...

eBays always a good option. Or you can find a vinylist, who can make you custom stickers :D It's what I did for my UK-POLOS.NET sticker. Also, if you want to convert your lights into extreme yellow colour, I'd go on eBay again, and find 3000K HID kit. Then the colour will look more like this: http:/...

Re: Lower Honeycomb Grille

I didn't actually think VW sold them, I thought they were just an aftermarket thing. :S Strange that they didn't put them on the actual GTi's :S. Anyways, it doesn't take THAT long to make the wholes :) I know somebody who cut all wholes in less than 45 mins. The votex ones are just the same as the ...

Re: My New GTI

Polo GTi wheels are the same as the Golf GTi wheels, those look like 17" yes.

As for the lights, I probably could help you with that. What colour temperature are you looking for?

Bit dark but should give you a rough idea on how they should look. Great transformation and I would highly recommend it!

Re: Can Polo GTI really beat the Saxo's

It's all about practice really. At the moment I am actually driving a 1.2 myself. But my cousins always let me have a go of his 3.2 quattro down the country roads and on private land and that. Been playing around forabut 4-5 months now. You just need to get use to it and find out for yourself, norma...

Re: Looking forward to Saturday

I've actually never seen the daytime running lights :S strange, could you post a pic of them for me :D

It'll probably a setting in the system console :S not too sure but I wouldn't turn them off just incase. Gather a bit more info first before you do so.

Re: Lower grilles

No, there is only one screw, and it is located under one of the slats on the drivers side. Put your fingers behind the slats and get a firm grip and pull slowly and gently as you could snap the clips. The foglamps are screwed in by 3 bolts, you will need a torx screw, if I remember correctly, the si...

I paid £160 for the fogs, but I had to put in a special request to get 12000K. And as for the the dipped beams, I paid £150. Expensive, but looks amazing! :)

Re: Kar's 9N3 **UPDATED 13th MARCH**

I got a professional to do it. I don't think I could ever achieve such results! :P I am just simply to impatient and I get annoyed and angry easily and will probably end up smashing my bumper in ;)

And the lights, I have both HID's installed in my Fogs and my dipped beams.
