Hi, its that time i was dreading but its got to be done as i love my car too much.
The gearbox has started making noise on my Gti, and crunching in gears. I want to get it refurbed so that it will last longer.
Where's the cheapest and good place to go? I live in the east london/ Romford area ...

nah i dont have it, i dont even know what it is but i hear every1 talking about it lol, im in romford if tht helps, the earth is fine i think.

Hi guys ive got some serious issues with my car at the moment, at first it kept overheating so i had the fan switch, thermo and engine temp switch changed an i think thats sorted the problem, but now i think thers a electric fault, all the lights on the dash are on and the handbrake and oil lights ...

its just turned over to 106, i need to find a place who can refurb it for me

Just a quick update but no pics, good news is ive changed the ball joints, track rods and arms, but the bas news is i need a gearbox as mine has had it, gears are starting to crunch and its getting louder. wheres the best place to get one? im located in essex/ east london

im in the same boat mate, i want heated leathers.

i got a headlight problem aswel, i cant adjust them at all, the inside bit is loose so the plastic just moves around in the glass light bit, i think i need to take the whole headlight out and fix it back into place
