2nd battery on a 9N3

Has anybody here fitted a second battery to their 9N3?


I've just bought a 9N3 and I'm in the planning stages of my new install, I'll be sticking a PC and small amp in there for now and possibly another amp and small sub in the future. I plan to get all this hidden under a false floor in the boot for a stealth look and also to keep the boot functional.

I'm thinking about setting up a split charge system using a second gel battery to run the PC and amp(s), the thing is I don't want the false floor too high so I would like to get the second battery elsewhere. It's not the end of the world if the second battery has to go in the boot as I can just use two smaller batteries laid on their sides although that's not ideal.

Any ideas where I could stash the second battery?

To one side in the boot: if you got a slimline battery it would easily fit between the rear lights and the wheelarch.
