hi guys,
getting a 12" sub box in the back of the car soon, but just wondering whats the best way to secure it in and to remove it easily?

Might not need it...
As long as the box is carpeted, and not standing on a "thin" edge, they tend to stay put pretty well.
that said, if you do need to, a strap would be the obvious way - screwed to the box, then round an anchoring point, round the top of the shock turret etc
If you want it to quickly remove, consider fitting a "speakon" connector instead of the usual binding posts... that way, if you remove it, it can't short the amp out.

Thanks mate, its sat in there pretty well. I have added some heavy duty velcro strips on the under side so it doesn't move about.
