Polo Mk8. Front passenger door speaker seems to be farting intermittently.
I ran VCDS Output test on the RCD 310 and tested individual speaker tones.
The base tone on the front passenger seems higher than front drivers door.
During normal play, it farts sometimes - not all the time.
So, the question: is it the speaker or is it that channel amplifier on the RCD 310 ?
Anyone one know which part number is needed to replace the speaker (for 1.4 SE 4-door) ?

It's likely that the speaker housing has cracked where they are riveted to the door.
Vw will replace this under warranty, so take it to your dealer if you still have warranty left
Otherwise the speaker, rivets and seal are only £25 from vw.
