Wiring help needed

hello all,
I am mid way installing sound setup in my 6n2.
I want to install switches for my 2 amps (one for sub one for door speakers) and want to run it throught a relay.
first, what sort of relay do i need and can i run both amps from 1 switch?

currently running a fused wire from battery to amps with no switch.
can anyone give me a diagram as i know my way around electronics kinda...just never used relays!!!

is it a case of cutting the wire . popping a relay in and running 2 more wires from the relay to a switch? and if so could i get away with 2 relays and 1 switch to control them?
i am running seperate fuses and cables for each amp btw
