crashed polo in guildford by wooden bridge thursday evening

i went past u about 8pm in my dads golf.
i think it was a dark green polo with some body work being done as it had grey or white primer on some of it. it had been in a crash with a black new astra at the lights. seemed to me like the astra was trying to be smart and show of and jump the lights and the polo went into the side of him as the polo was smashed on the front and the astra was scratched and dented all down the side.
the police were there to and one guy was holding his right arm so i assume he was driving the astra as it adds up.
