Newbie

Post by aaron1796 »

I Purchased my first car yesterday a MK2 BREADVAN!! shes clean and rot free!, already spent some money on a couple parts that need to be changed cant wait to get stuck in!,

I am looking to lower it and put it on new alloys, brings me to this, does anyone have any recommendations on what size and what ET will fit, im looking at wheels which are 15" with an of ET20 and wondering if they'd fit.
Also any other information on how to upgrade my breadvan with new parts off other VW's that fit would be much appreciated.

Hope to hear from you guys.
Aaron.

Welcome

15s can scrub on the inner arches. They're a bit big on mk2s. An et20 will Likely give you other issues too

Would recommend you also ask on polo3.co.uk as it has a lot more mk2/mk3 owners still compared to here

What other kind of upgrades are you looking at doing? What engine does it have?
