1.4 tdi bnv to amf engine swap(solved)

Hi all I’ve got a seat Ibiza 1.4 tdi with a seized bottom end due to oil pump failure it has the bnv engine I’ve removed that engine and fitted a 1.4 tdi amf engine out of another Ibiza which was a year older than mine, engine went straight in and only needed to change starter motor and the egr and intake manifold flap, the engine is running fine on cold start but after a minute or so it’s start to idle really bad and almost stalls if I rev the car it seems fine soon as I let it idle again its rough , I’ve scanned the car with my snap on solus and it’s not showing any codes and the engine ran fine in the other car before I removed it
Any ideas guys
I’m thinking change injectors out out the old engine cos that was 80bhp and the one I’ve fitted is a 75 bhp although I thought the only difference was the map in the ecu
