Vrs diff question

Post by MK6_Motorsport »

hi,

im about to start building a Grp N Vrs rally car and was after some information about the diff because i need to conform to the regs.

The diff, is it a Mechanical LSD, Viscous or what have you.

If its a viscous that would be ace because the regs allow for them!

also what electronic gizmotry are involved in the operation of the diff.

Help would be greatly appreciated!!!

thanx

It's a mechanical diff.

Standard VW 6 Speed job.

Pelloquin and Quaife (sp?) both do uprated Limited Slip versions.

There's also a place in Birmingham or Coventry who make motorsport diffs that fit. I just tried finding an email with details, but I couldn't find it.
