Hi,
You need to change your BCM High to Max, and install the RLS + RLS wiring (plus the additional wiring for BCM Max adaptation, plus wiring for automatic lights and Auto light switch).

Currently I no longer manufacture these wiring. Really sorry.

Read  this thread where it says:
B- Wiring for BCM Max Adaptation + Automatic Lights Wiring + CH / LH
 Examples
Draw your own conclusions for your Skoda Fabia.
There are more threads in the forum (6R section) with a lot of information about the necessary parts. (links, etc)

Any help will be through this thread. (if you provide the info in the right way)
Keep in mind that the months of July and August are usually holidays for most people ...

Thank you my friend ! But i have one question , why must read all these thinks for a kit that you sold out ?
Is it to difficult to tell me the part numbers and the pin in pin out of your own wirring ?

1- Post a full autoscan, with the VIN so that I know with total certainty what is the year of manufacture of your Fabia. (I guess it's a 2011/2012 due to the BCM High model, but I don't live on assumptions for this).
You can cross out (xxxxx) the last five digits of the VIN if you don't want your ID to be known. However there are several methods to know it.

2- If you have a camera to take pictures, take pictures of:
Relay carrier
Light Switch connector (both sides, to see the colors of the wires)
Dimmer connector (to see the slots and colors of the wires)
DRLs button connector (to see the wires)
Fuse box
New BCM
Front and Rear of your Fabia, to know exactly what lights are currently installed.

Your BCM High supports the rain sensor, but does not support the light sensor (both are integrated in one piece).
Your BCM High does not support automatic lights, CH/LH, etc. (regardless of whether the VCDS label shows the Bits descriptions)

As you already know the BCM Max installation and wiring adaption is necessary. (previous to the wiring for automatic lights)

It is a detail to consider when configuring the new wiring. I remember seeing in the diagrams the button for the DRLs in the Skoda Fabia PQ25 (when DRLs were not mandatory yet), my problem is that I don't have these diagrams now. If you have them, please post them here. (DRLs)
A second relay would not be necessary for fog lights.

Maybe, and I'm just saying maybe, this wiring  viewtopic.php?f=56&p=558839#p558804 would be perfect for your Fabia once you've adapted the BCM Max and installed the light sensor.
I don't have the slightest intention of trying to sell it to you, it's just information.

Hello my friend and thank you very much for the quick response

My intention was to sell me the complete kit and not trying to find the way from the beginning

At the afternoon Greek time I will send what you asked me to send
