Lower fog light grill removal. Help!

right! i want to take the two fog light grills out to get access to the fog lights. read somewhere that theres a screw in the left one (looking at the car from the front) ok found that and then both should just pull out. This is the part where im stuck. They dont! i've tried and tried and so has a mate of mine on his 9n3 and they are not for coming at all!
Any advice???

After you've removed the torx screw you just have to pull really hard

I'll have another try tonight but it felt like there were retaining clips on them or something. Think its a case of the old, think your pulling hard but realy your being a girl because your afraid or snapping something! haha

Pretty much sums it up buddy, pull harder!

There are plastic clips holding the grilles in but there is no way to unclip them, just pull lol

haha fair enough mate. Ill grit my teeth close my eyes and give it a pull! (Still talking about grills here!)

They just pop out after the 1 screw is out, check the fittings here

Took my bumper off over the weekend to fit a cupra lip

I did this Wednesday, I could take the left one off easy, but I wasnt strong enough to remove the right, so I ended up jacking the car up and doing it from underneath
