Is it worth repairing?

Hi all,
I've recently been offered a May 1994 Mk 3 Polo (bread van) for £200 and wondered if it's worth repairing? It failed on the following things on its last MOT:
Reason(s) for failure
Exhaust emissions carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle excessive (7.3.D.3)
Fuel tank leaking (7.2.3)
offside Front constant velocity joint gaiter insecure to the extent that it no longer prevents the ingress of dirt etc (2.5.C.1a)
offside front Seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded (5.2.6)
offside rear Shock absorber has a serious fluid leak (2.7.3)
nearside front Suspension arm has excessive play in a ball joint (2.4.G.2)
Advisory notice item(s)
nearside front Shock absorber has a light misting of oil (2.7.3)
nearside front Brake hose slightly deteriorated (3.6.B.4d)
offside front Brake hose slightly deteriorated (3.6.B.4d)
nearside rear Brake hose has slight corrosion to ferrules (3.6.B.4e)
offside rear Brake hose has slight corrosion to ferrules (3.6.B.4e)
nearside Rear wheel bearing has slight play (2.6.2)
nearside rear tyre starting to crack
The car has only done 64,637 miles, but I am concerned whether getting it repaired would outweigh its value.
