Do all international Polos come with brushed aluminum headlight switches as standard?

hi I have a vw polo 6r and i have a normal round steering wheel which has buttons control on the left side of the steering wheel and i want to change the steering wheel to the flat bottom one which is the vw polo r line one, and the new r line steering wheel has no buttons on it, will this still work? also, can i used my airbag that i have or i will have to purchase the r line airbag?
