My polo 6r 1.4i. Yellow [Xenon Lenses fitted]

Greetings guys
Thats my first post on the forum so i ll introduce myself: my name is Alex and i am from Kiev Ukraine. Got my polo 1.4i savanna yellow (RNS510 / fog lights / xenon / multiwheel / winter package) in 2011 and thinking about adding some flavor to it now.
So here is the deal: generally speaking i LOVE how the car look by default (thats why i bought it in the first place), the only thing i kinda dislike is its rear side — it just lacks something. I guess new exhaust and rear skirt should fix the problem. I am already settled down with exhaust pretty much, its this one — https://www.youtube*.com/watch?v=pMeIU1F9Mu8& — 400 Euro for exhaust, 160 Euro twin pipes in chrome. However i am still not sure about the skirt — the one in the video is ingo noak bumper but it seems to be visibly lower then standard rear bumper so i cant install it alone without the whole set (and i dont want to buy whole set of skirts because i like front and side as is, also dont want to lower ground clearance). Another option is abt exhaust kit http://ramspeed.com.au/forum/attachment ... 1311051672 it seems perfectly but i prefer twin side pipes rather then twin centered pipes.
Any ideas how to accomplish having noak exhaust + twin side pipes and a skirt to fit it nicely in?
I will appreciate any insight. Maybe someone saw that ingo noak skirt live and its not that much lower then standard?
On a side note — anyone tried chip-tuning 1.4i atmo engine? Heard its possible to get extra 10-15hp from it. VTG is popular in our country but they are not chiping this exact engine.
