Pepper grey 6r

Post by phayth »

My names Alex, 20 from Cardiff.. i have had my fair share of cars, on my 8th one now, mostly old polos.. pics of them further down.. basically i have got board of old cars and have grown up and want something half decent.at the start of the year i set my eyes on a 9n3, after looking round a bit i discovered a few polo 6r's for sale in Bridgewater volkswagen.. at first i though the 6r was out of my price range but this was too good to turn down, after a phone call i was up there the next day putting pen to paper..

so i bought a 60 plate polo with my own money may i add, very happy chappy..

the model is 1.2 petrol 60 S with air con... one of the lowest models i know but im only 20 and insurance is a killer!

a few of previous cars..

and the 6r..

as soon as i got it i purchased a private plate.. my girlfriends name is Bes and my name is Alex so Be5 4lex couldnt really get a better plate.

gave it a good clean and a polish

modification wise i have a few plans.. after buying the car i bought some 17" mercedes segins.. but first the car needs to go low before they go on but have test fitted them.. i have also put some foglights in as it makes the front look so much nicer! after this i want to smooth the front number plate and change the grilss to SEL etc.. a couple more pics for you...

I'm sure its gonna look lovely once you get it dropped and on them merc wheels :)

Just a question, is that a Polo 6r GTI behind you in the picture of you washing the car?

Do you still have the parts you replaced with the fogs?
I just bought a 1.4 match as an upgrade to my 1.2 s ;) and i want to 'S'-asise it as i hate the fogs and the chrome grill.
May have them off you if you where to want rid :)
pmed you fella :D
