Recently, I was thinking about adding a cornering light in the fog light How to make Is it possible without ESP ?
Thank you !:)

Recommendation
Now that you are going to make new electrical installations you can wire the new slip ring with G85 sensor so that the Static Cornering lights work with your new BCM Max.
It will work properly even if your brake unit is for ABS and nor for ESP.

Re: Polo 6R 09 1.4 85KM
It's really easy, you just have to wire your current slip ring correctly. (G85 --> 6R0 959 564)
They are 5 wires:
+15, +30, Ground, CAN H, CAN L.
Use the following images as reference (from other user - govindsharma - read here pg 2 & 3 ):
T41 ---> 6,5,4,3,2
CAN lines (powertrain ---> in your case, for example ---> OLD/ORIGINAL IC CAN lines)
In this way the BCM will know the steering wheel angle to automatically activate the SCLs on each side (once the BCM has been coded for SCLs).
Note:
-It is likely that with your VCDS cable Address 04 is not visible in your future autoscans, however Address 04 must be activated in the Gateway installation list.

Re: Polo 6R 09 1.4 85KM
Ignore SB54. It is obsolete if you make new cornering lights.
SB54 installation:
+75 contact --> light switch T17/2 (in) T17/8 (out) --> SB54a/b --> fog lights.
So SB54 can be removed and the wires can be left (or better, removed and isolated).
You see, no BCM interference.
Your new installation will be different.
Remove the wire that is now in T17/8 and isolate.
Make a new wire from T17/8 to BCM T73a/7 (1.5mm2), if possible, yellow
There goes a wire from SB57 to T73b/11 (this wire is already in place/needed for your LED headlights)
One wire goes from T73b/9 to the left fog light/static cornering light
One wire goes from T73b/10 to the right fog light/static cornering light
Now you can cheat a little bit. SB54b goes to both fog lights (SB54b is close to the middle).
You can use this to wire T73b/10 to the right fog light and save 5 meters of wire.
So connect T73b/10 to SB54b (cut off connector from the yellow/white wire). You can check if it's the good one with your multimeter. It should NOT be connected to the light switch T17/8.
It is important to remove and isolate the wire to the left fog light at the connector of the fog light. Here you'll place the new wire (T73b/9 to T2/1).
