HEATED SEATS
I purchased a ready-made heated front seat kit https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/33035100 ... 5c0fVb4zwJ
Here you can see how to remove the seat upholstery

I also made new front / rear lamp cables
I re-routed the lamp wires
I also did a BCM wire tidying up

That heated seats kit look amazing. If they are still available in a month or two on AliExpress I'm pretty sure I'll get them too.
Do they work just like the oem ones?

Re: Polo 6R 09 1.4 85KM
Allow me to give you one tip.
I see the in-line blade fuse connected to the large fuse carrier.
You can remove the cover completely on the left of the battery and insert a new wire into the fuse holder.
There you can insert a standard blade fuse. Connector = standard power timer + rubber seal.
If you like it to be perfect...

Hello done :Da year has passed,At first, At first, I did not believe that I would be able to retrofiling my car to such a degree. The beginning was very difficult and it became very interesting for me over time Thank youciclo wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 5:35 amciclo wrote: ↑Thu May 21, 2020 5:16 amThey will work for you when the SCLs wiring is installed correctly. You can be absolutely sure.
I wonder if you installed the wiring for automatic lights.
According to iichel's instructions for installing the SCLs wiring, he is referring to the T17 connector of the old light switch, and it is not correct with the automatic lights wiring.
On the other hand, I notice that you do not want to have the automatic lights activated in the BCM coding.
Note:
You cannot make any kind of correction, modification, calibration, basic setting or adaptation of your new G85 retrofitted sensor in YOUR ABS unit ---> WITHOUT ESP system .. no problem for this reason. Your ABS unit is not involved in the operation of SCLs at all. (G85 and BCM only)
However, you can check with VCDS if the steering wheel angles (steering column) reach the BCM at the advanced values (or meas values). If the angle values change when you move the steering wheel, the installation of your new G85 sensor ring is correct. Which is correct according to your last Autoscan.
---
Good to know that the TinyQ parameterization worked correctly for your AFS unit (6R Europe).
Hello Piotrek, I'm going to try to explain what you need to do to make your SCLs work under BCM control on your front fog lamps.
Previous notes:
In the following diagram you can see the electrical wiring of your factory front fog lights.
6R. Front fog lights. No BCM control. (Light switch>fusebox>front fog lamps)
In the picture of your original fuse box you can see fuse 54. (15Amp)
All this electrical installation must be isolated, that is, since you installed the LED headlights, this electrical installation is not useful if you want to have SCLs. The ground wires in the fog lamps will be useful for the new electrical installation.
---
New electrical installation. SCLs + F Fog lights under BCM control.
What we should achieve is represented in the following two diagrams. OEM.
1
-You already have the G85 sensor installed.
-The yellow wire must be installed differently because you supposedly have installed the wiring for automatic lights. This cable must be new. I did not provide you with this cable because if you had installed bi-xenon headlights or you had not installed new headlights it would not be necessary, and because when I manufactured your cables I had no knowledge of what your future headlights would be.
Easy, the new yellow wire should be installed from slot 3 of the red connector (automatic lights wiring) to T73a/7.
2
-The black/green wire is the electrical supply so that the BCM can power the fog lamps when required, either from the new T10 AUTO light switch or for SCLs. Is essential.
I provided you with this power/wire in the wiring that I sold you. When I made your cables, I already thought that maybe you wanted to have SCLs ... (I didn't have the obligation to have done so)
SB57 ---> SB20b-SB57a-fuse-SB57b-T73b/11 (images WL0, WL2a + WL2c, ... check the installation guide)
-The other two new wires (white/yellow) are clear enough on the diagram. From BCM to Fog lights connectors.

+ BCM coding (logically)

Hope this makes your SCLs work.
