No. The MFD for the Polo 6C0 platform is operated differently. The wires go to the BCM and the coding is also somewhere in the BCM (different byte and bit locations) and in the instrument cluster (different bits and bytes).

Re: [Tutorial] Multi function display for cheap
Thanks. Yestarday i went to a friend, he has VCDS cable, (i am still didn't) i pluged it in to my car and searched the additional coding in CAN gateway and Instruments
I didn't find exactly the same line "Multi-Function Display Active" or something like that, so i have to search it more.
If anyone has a clue, please share it.
Also , "iichel" i have found an old post from you at Ross-Tech forum
"The 6R is a completely different beast from the 6C. Yours is a Polo 6C.
- Both have the stalk buttons for MFD/MFA wired directly to the cluster resp BCM. There is no SWCM (0x16) or whatever involved.
- Both have the MFS wired directly to the BCM via LIN. There is no SWCM (0x16) or whatsoever involved.
TS verify wiring for MFD as in Polo 6C
T10 = right hand side T10 on stalks
T10/8 to BCM T73a/16
T10/9 to BCM T73a/15
T10/10 to BCM T73a/17
GND should be present already for other switches.
Enable byte 1 bit 2 in 0x17 and perhaps something in the BCM."
I will search it.
