Fog lights not working

I have a problem regarding both my front fog lights, they stopped working. In last week or so i would get a dash bulb out and it would go away by it self.
Now its constantly on, and both of my fogs arent working. I was running them like turn signal+ fog light via coding.
I have checked the fuse 54, it is empty. I have check the connector on both fog lights all good, also the bulbs look intact.
Is there maybe some other fuse related to fog lamps?

Thank you the fuse wasn't all the way in. Now everything works.
