Polo 6r bi - xenon retrofit problem

Post by umit53 »

Hello, I have a 2013 model polo 6r 1.6 tdi
-I did the bcm upgrade (7e0937090) 6r0937086m to 7e0937090
I also made the 10 pin to 14 pin harness
I have a problem like this, the vehicle does not make high beam in 0 position and it is in parking position
also cornering lights do not work (no factory fog lights)
What should I do? Can you help me?

I think it would be nice to see some more information.
Perhaps you can start with a VCDS autoscan or another diagnostic report to see any errors and codings of all modules involved.

OK, I will share that information with you when I got it in the car garage, but there is no error in 09 central electricity, I did the coding as described by ciclo only (03433 - terminal 30 for backup lights and adaptive lights) error is available now

it would be very useful if you describe exactly what you did for the bcm replacement (wiring, coding) and bi-xenon headlights (wiring, coding)

byte 11 -> C1
byte 16 -> 5A

you should probably fit the wire from SB57 (or any other permanent positive) to T73b/11 to make the LED DRL work

the changes I've made
- I connected instrument cluster bcm white connector 54-57 ic (28-29), the existing one is 28-29
- I pulled out the line from the bcm a63 + b68 permanent positive fuse box
- I drew a new line from t73b / 7 to the backplate lamp, isolating the existing line and
- finally I pulled headlight sockets for 10 to 14 bcm a5 / bcm b3 / b5 / b6 / b9 / b10 / new lines

the only problem is as I said again, 0 and not being able to make high beam in parking position
