Hello boys,
I'm currently working on my Polo 6C cluster to give him a new fresh look.
My main issue are the micro scratches on the acrylic (if you have tips, your'e welcome )
But my main issue is I can't completely disassemble it.
I can remove the back cover, the electronic card but the frame (blakc one) still attached to the bottom part of the cluster.
All clips are removed.
It seems that the SET and CLOCK buttons lock the bottom part:
I don't want to break anything and I can't found any information except from a member "CNK":
Here it's picture:

Re: Polo 6C cluster disassembly
I’ve disassembled mine because of the scratches
You have to remove first the 2 buttons from the back and than u can disassemble it. Be careful because are fragile but with a plastic tool is easier (push the 2 lips at the side of the button)
For the scratches I’ve used a polish for acrylic (made by quixx) and now the cluster looks nice
