Seat Ibiza 6j/ VW Polo 6R/6C

Post by KamilPL »

At the outset, I apologize for writing through the Polish-English Translator :)

The case concerns the Ibiza 6j SC 3D 04.2012 facelift, very similar to the Polo 6R, I added a photochromic interior mirror, RLS sensor, light switch AUTO function.

Comfort module 6R0937087K, the rain sensor is working properly, the fotochrom mirror is also working, but the dusk sensor and the AUTO function of the light switch, unfortunately NO.

inserting the comfort module 7H0937090 from the Ibiza 6j5 FR 2013 5D fl, the electric windows do not work, the interior brightness is adjusted and there is a Christmas tree on the dashboard, I suppose that the 7H0937090 module has the pins bcm differently than the 6R0937087K. how to embrace it, what to change so that everything works as it should? :) Thank you very much for all your help

I suppose the best idea is to search for the BCM Max retrofit procedures. It's very custom, for your car. It involves adding some wires between the BCM and the fuse box, instrument cluster and exterior lights. it basically boils down to studying the ERWIN diagrams for your car, comparing them to the actual wirings and then from there, deterimine the appropriate wiring for your new situation. It's not a one-size-fits-all plug and play solution.
