Going on my last dyno day at awesome GTI I did 393bhp and 462lbft, so my power gains on the new turbo mean that I'd be running 421bhp and 477lbft now on the new turbo.

Update.....

After a few adjustments and some nice cool weather recently I did another few 1/4 mile runs. I must say I'm impressed with how the car is running at the moment and using this method or recording my runs has yielded results within 0.05 seconds for the time at an official strip. 8)

In the end I couldn't resist and ended up putting a big turbo conversion on.

Makes my previous set-up feel a bit pedestrian!!!

0-60 in 3.1!

Currently the quickest MKVI Golf R in the UK. 8)

11.46@120.15 at Santa Pod with more to come. This was full weight on 99ron and WMI on the pump map. I still have the race map to try :twisted:

Update.....

Moved up a little and now the car has made an official 1/4 mile of.........

11.08 @ 124.55mph.

Still the UK's quickest and fastest Golf MKVI R. 8)
