It was a little different then though am i correct (porsche gt3 seats, carbon bonnet, porsche d90's and the rollcage)? I have an old issue of PVW i can remember seeing it in the classifieds, i think it was for 6,800...without the gt3 seats of course! :(

granted the car doesn,t look like it did in the mags, but as we all know selling a fully modified car is anightmare so i have stripped some of the parts for another project and tried to price it accordingly. obviously i am open to sensible offers and the polished porsche wheels are available at a price, or u can just put on a set of wheels of your choice and this will again be agreat looking car.

Hey! You say you might be looking for a p/x for a mk4 polo + cash your way obviously.

I'm seriously looking to sell my polo;

1998 'R' Open air 1.4CL 5door,
43k
Full VW dealer Service History(just had service at 43k)
Brand new front tyres(500miles, Rears fine)
Great fun 'Open Air' feature
Lowered 60mm on 'PhilJ kit'
Keskin KT8's 15x7 on fronts and 15x8 on the rear running 185/45/15's allround.
New standard backbox
MK5 Rear lights
Black 'B' Pillars(Vinyl)
Polished rocker cover
Colour coded Door Handles
De-badged grill/back
Great condition seats, IRC Not one stain or rip.
Used to be my Mums so I know its been treated well!
Not one bit of rust!

Obviously some bad points like all cars;(being picky)

Rear lower valance has quite a few chips in due to my father attempting to hammer out a dent with it on the floor, face down. :cry:

Front top bumper has very slight colour mismatch from when again my father tried to hide a scrape, from some one in a Tesco carpark.

Few chips/scratches here and there as you do with a 9year old town car.

Clutch release bearing makes a whine when depressed and coming to a stop. However, It's been doing it from 13,000miles when my mum owned the carm it's lasted 30k. So I highly doubt its going to be any bother.

Heres some pictures;

You can see the mismatch bumper

I'm looking to sell it next month when I have enough cash for a new car(or yours). So I can't jump to anything just yet.

However, If you're after a standard polo I can always remove the wheels and suspension and have standard put back on.
