Scott, Will you be changing the centre caps on your alloys and the emblem on the steering wheel centre boss to the new style too?

Yes i will be if they are available to buy but the airbag would be a lot to buy just to replace the emblem so not too sure about that!!!

There are some of the new style centre caps for sale on various websites - part number 5H0601171FOD; inner diameter 55mm, outer diameter 65mm. Couldn’t see any on UK based seller’s websites, and buying them from an EU seller if they ship to the UK would probably make them expensive after post-Brexit import duty / import taxes have been applied.

I installed a plug and play android/ CarPlay Ai box today. If your not familiar with this type of device here’s a link to a review by MR-fix on YouTube to give you a better understanding of what I’m talking about.

Overall I’m happy with the box, it’s definitely exceeded my expectations regarding responsiveness, sound and picture quality are relatively good for a basic car screen to.

Also it’s not a good idea to watch boxsets/ videos or movies while driving before anyone mentions it, You could get points and a fine if you’re caught doing so or even worse kill someone while being distracted and be sent to prison.

Today I installed a under seat storage box it’s originally from a Audi a1 or seat Arona & possibly other cars. after a bit of digging around I came to realise the metal structures/skeleton under the seats on these cars are the same but the foam cushions are different. The box is Probably not as big as I’d like but it’s better then nothing. Overall I’m happy to have extra storage to keep things out of site.

Part numbers:

Storage box : 81A8826024PK
Speed nut : N90088003 (x2 pcs)
Oval Hexagon Socket Head Bolt : N90737101 (x2 pcs)

I have spare nuts(8) and bolts(8) as it worked out cheaper to buy as a pack of 10 so if anyone is interested in doing this retrofit pm me I’ll send them out for free as I have no use for them. (Uk only)

Mine has been sitting in the drive for days now.
I've got all-seasons fitted, but it was still difficult to get going up the road the last time I tried (better than it would have been on summers though, obviously).
Then the sheer depth of snow made it impossible for me to use anything other than the wife's Evoque.
Which I have to say that considering it's just the 2x4 model, is astonishing in snow.

Fitted a racingline turbo inlet hose today, also tried fitting a racingline turbo muffler delete but couldn't get it to fit correctly. For some reason the 3 holes wouldn't line up correctly!
Tried rotating the turbo muffler around to try different positions but none would work. I can get 2 screws on and the last one doesn't line up, it's roughly 2mm off.
Has anyone fitted a racingline turbo muffler delete before?

I'd like to change my rear diffuser to the R-Line style like this as I currently just have the standard one that comes with the match spec. Where would I be able to buy one?

Mine went in straight away but some people have had problems as well. Its an easy fix, just drill the holes out an extra 2mm so you have more play
