How do I access the fuse box on a right hand drive Polo GTI. The manual says it's behind the glove box but I took the glove box out and it's not there. If I look up under the steering wheel I can see it but none of the panels want to come off? This video suggests you just pull the small panel off below the wheel but I've used a lot of force and it's not budging

I used more force and it does indeed come off.
