Does any one know the oil capacity of the GTi?

I've looked through the handbook, nowhere can I find the engines oil capacity with or without filter change. Does any one know?

Also I am unable to find what is required in the annual services. Makes it a bit difficult to understand what you get for your money.

it's about 4.5 litres, give or take.

No but it is in the workshop manual.

Deffinitly more than that. It is 5,7 liters for pre and post WLTP GTI's. (with filter change, not sure why would anyone do it without)

Definitely 5.7L, too much to get away with a 5L can - my service breakdown was charged at 6 x 1L units.

Mine service breakdown was also charged at 6 x 1L and I did 3 changes myself and it always was around 5,6-5,7L.
