Noticed the time keeps resetting on mine too...
Is the fix just this 10 second infotainment reset?
Does this wipe all your stations / sound settings / driver assist settings etc?

Doing a reboot of the infotainment system by holding down the power button shouldn’t wipe anything.
You’d need to restore to factory settings to wipe your personal settings which you shouldn’t be able to do by mistake, as you need to go into one of the specific menus or sub-menus to do that. The only time you’d probably need - or want - to restore the factory settings is when you sell the car, so you can delete your phone book, call history, radio station presets etc.
