is that the front wheel? I always wondered why mine rocked so much, thought it might be loose....
ya thats the front wheel
fitted my r32 front brakes now and have some r32 256mm rears to fit too
my tarox 312 mm setup stops fantastically, i bet they are scary good on a polo, bet your head hurts keep smacking it on your new steering wheel every time you brake haha
nice steering wheel too, i know another nice gti sporting one of them
lol ya there very keen had tarox 6 pots setup on my old leon there good brakes but got these at the right price will need this stopping power in the future
Fantastic, the R32 wheels go perfectly with the look of the car. As much as I like the monza's, I think they somehow don't look quite right with the Cup kit.
I'm really liking your car now!
So the R32 brakes. Are they just bolt on to fit calipers/carriers etc? Or do they require special modification???
think it will be really close to fit r32 brakes under 17" they are easy to fit you need calipers carries and the brake hose only bit you have to mod is were the hose bolts to the brake pipe as the hole it goes through is smaller and needs to be opened up
you can drill the hole out about 2mm but if you dont want to do the you could get the braket from the dealer and cut it off and have it fitted by the bodyshop

sounds like a bit of a bodge mate, brakes are not something i would be fitting without everything fitting perfectly without modifying
And that is where your lask of knowledge shows, he's on about the metal tab that hold the brake flexi to the hard line, hardly going to compromise the braking system by enlarging that. . .
