Saw this on ebay the other day.

Looks strange - how much is the conversion & is it an easy job?

You need two MKiv headlights and wings, new or second hand (to keep costs down). The actual mod takes about Three days, I would charge £500 labour, dont forget the Bonnet, bumper and both wings have to be sprayed. If you require a step by step guide I will be glad to E-Mail same, Cheers.Paul

How did you know the pics were not taken from a digital camera?, you are right of course. I can take some with a D.C. if you wish and send via E-Mail. The pics really do not do it any justice at all, wherever the car is parked all the youngish lads! gather round and from what I am told are Very impressed. I wanted to get maximun Exposure, what better way than if people think the car is for sale, cheers,Paul

LOL i just guessed they were a phone camera by the quality of the lens! I just think that all that work you've put in deserves some pictures to show it off 8) mucho respect for doing it!

I've seen a great polo with A4 lights (posted here). do you think you can do this with a lot of lights (within reason!)?

didnt think posting in the mk5 section with your mk5 polo would get more attention from mk5 owners?

sorry mate - it's a mk5 in our terms

mkiv is my type (the 6N is up to 99 or 00) and the facelift 6n (yours) is the mkv (6n2), some people call yours the mkiv facelift, but on this forum it's the mkv

:D

It is very cofusing? but no matter it is the same process for either. I was toying with the Idea of putting the same lights in a Corsa, now that would be different, but Then some V.W. owner might put a "contract" on my head?
