Hi all. This is the first time I am posting under this forum and I have a simple question.
I have a 1.6 Polo Comfortline that came standard with the beta radio and in dash 6 disk changer. Reading other posts on the forum, it seems that the beta can only take 2, maybe 4 speakers. My car, totally original from vw, has 6 speakers, 2 in the A pillars, 2 in front doors, and two in rear doors.
The sound is very good and I have nothing to complain about, but does this sound right ?

I saw noone had replied
quite often the 4 outputs are spliced so they can drive more speakers.
the mk4 polo unit had two outputs on some models, but the wires are spliced up so the unit drives four speakers in parallel.
you could run 100 speakers off a 4 speaker output, but it'd break pretty quickly! LOL.
