What mileage?

I have owned my gti for 'bout 2 months now & it rocks.
Was wondering what kind of mileage people had on their cars when they
bought them (didnt know if that was bit high). ?

Mine is a 2001, 51 plate in black, 47400 on clock when bought. Full vw service.

I bought mine with full service history, 1 lady owner with 34500 miles for £6000. It ws in very very good condition and its worth every penny!!!

thanks for reply Clees. Mine had 1 owner, 7500 grand for vw garage. (got warranty & vw assistance for 1 year & 12 months road tax). Can't complain
car is best thing i bought.

Got mine a month ago Black X Reg 32,000 not bad full VW Service history had few minor props all sorted with warrentry

Mine had 51,000 on the clock in September '03. One previous owner who let the car go when the original VW warranty expired! Paid £7500 with the usual 12 month's used car warranty and 12 month's VW roadside assistance. Haven't looked back since! New Polo GTI (out in May) is tempting though...

Mine was £7000 from VW, again with 1 year warranty and roadside assistance, I think it was on about 40 odd thousand, can't remember exactly, it's nearly on 50k now though, it's a 2001 - X
