I hope to get around 120-130 Bhp from mine with everything done that I have planned. It will probably take me a long time to get it all done though.

I tuned up the 3F lump in my Mk2 with the following

K&N air filter +drilled air box
ported slightly the flashing on the air flow meter, and inlet manifold
AShley 4-2-1 manifold and custom stainless exhaust
High Lift Cam
Ecotech valve

Other mods

Lowered 40mm
lower strut brace
MK3 seats and dash
G40 brakes and braided hoses

It was rolling roaded with badly setup ignition (that why I went to the garage in the first place but they got it wrong !) at 86bhp it was really rev happy and great fun to drive, I detuned it now though as the wife doesn't use the power I got the G40 to play with :P

Great little engine was going to GT a mk1 but I bought the G40 instead.

I got the chip in an ecu that I bought off a guy. It's an AmD chip, but they stopped making them years ago.

Poloace might be able to sort you out there.
