Diesel Gearbox

Post by Erkan »

i have a 1997 1.9 diesel polo and it over revs while driving. I feel that the gearbox has been changed 2 a petrol one. how can i tell that the gearbox is diesel or petrol? it is a AEF engine if this helps. thanks
