removing lock barrels outta handles

how do i remove the lock barrels out of my handles.

I got some colour coded handles now i, cant b the first person to replace my black handles with colour coded ones, now the haynes manual says i need a vw specilist tool, but i have a fare selection of tools so does any 1 know how to remove the actual locking barrel?
