help! my key wont work!

have tryed both keys, dont turn at all. ive got a cl polo so its got an immobilisor, any one know how i could sort this? thanks in advance! James

Spray WD40 all over the key and work it in to the lock.

I know it sounds stupid but have u checked the stearing lock aint on!!!
