remote alarm with s spec polo?

ive got the new 2006 facelifted polo in the S spec. now this doesnt come with remote alarm. also the key is different too. it looks like this





i was wondering if i could buy the key with the remote buttons on and program it? or would it be more complicated than that? do i need something else?

the current key that i have is this one:



or do i need a device wich connects to my current alarm which will work with the remote key fob?

if i cant do that will i have to by an aftermarket remote alarm system?

In the mods forum there's info on how to make a flip key. If I come across it I'll edit the link in here =)

I think the folding key mod is more just to have a folding key and the buttons don't actually work. I don't think you can program the key for the central locking to be remote as the car needs some sort of receiver for the signal. The mod basically replaces the stalk of the key and the immobiliser chip.
