sounds like a tidy plan you have there mate.
i myself can't reallyplan ahead because money tends to go elsewhere all the time!
but i would like to see my car wearing a spanky new set of alloys after christmas (of course after he salt n shizzle has gone from our roads!)
then its probably gonna be tinted windows and a bonnet bra.

in the meantime its being booked in at a garage for abit of welding to the ole' exhaust. and i might try and finally get round to getting my front splitter repaired and smoothed in to the front bumper.

Well just getting ready to sell it really! Going into the bodyshop soon to get a couple of scratches sorted, and then she's ready to go.

Elsewhere, picked up the golf yesterday :

No plans for my polo... Just keep her running for another year and then it's time to let her go.

Well my Polo's just hit 90k and I'm on the way to 100k. I do lots of miles so am just seeing how long the old girl will last. Hopefully she'll do 200k thats my goal. Love driving it so shouldn't be long! I'm also a mondeo owner and on that forum we have a 100k and 200k club (suggestions box administrators?). In theory the polo should do it no sweat coz my driving instructor had a corsa with 320k on it with the original engine. Bomb proof polo could beat that surely.

In no particular order, i want the following:

MKV Rear Lights

GTi/16v Bumpers

A set of 16" Borbet type t's

Springs and shocks (want to lower to around 50mm)

Booth smooth (just gonna leave the door handle in place, cheaper and less hassle)

Removing the rub strips

Sub and amp

Bucket seats

Am sure i can think of more but thats what am focusing on :D

to do: coilies around 80mm drop, alloys ATS's mayb, bump strips removed, possibly 16v bumpers????

this is all i cnt think of so far, hopefully with this apprentership job i cn manage this in the next few months, i guess this will also put my insurance up a fair bit, bein only 17? so have 2 pay 4 that aswell another to do lol

eeing as i've just got a new job i want to do one of two things, sell my car and get an ibiza cupra r (insurance gets a little expensive lo) or carry on with the old polo.

badgeless grill
16v bumper- smoothed
the odd dent :)
maybe a few little bits

been and gone

borbet t's

16v rear lights

to be done....

My rough plans are these (not in order):

-G60 Steelies

-Rid the rear seats but make it neat either with carpet, or spare wheel cover.

-G60 brake set up

-Coilies

So far thats probably about it.

I've currently got a few fingers in a few pies on eBay... planning winter wheels, OMP upper front strut brace to go with the lower one I already have, lowering would be nice too.

In the meantime I'm just looking to tidy up a few little bits and pieces, the BBS need to be refurbed which is why the hunt is on for 15" winter wheels!! :)

i'm pretty happy with the bodywork at the moment. there are a few wee changes and a couple of bigger ones. They are:

-Smoked side repeaters
-S2000 ariel
-GTI splitter
-badboy bonnet

Bigger changes to come are a nice tidy fibreglass install, with 8" sub, amp and im needing a head unit too. Also leather interior will be the next step i think. TT leathers i think, yeh i know its been done.....but they are dam nice and comfy!

In the very long term, an engine conversion. Was planning a 1.8T, but its looking more and more likely to be a GTI lump, which'll still be nippy enough :)
