Haha, it was just a thought :D I think it's me striving to make my car different to the rest of the crowd, trying to be a bit creative.

I think you can pick the caps up at Halfords, in the bike bit. I wonder how long they'll last on my car, seeing the amount of chavvies round my area .

I got the iron cross valve caps today, and I've test-fitted them on the RXII's.

And a picture of how shiny my car looks at the moment. I spent most of Friday detailing it.

I'm not sure about the valve caps, though. They look cool, but they're begging to be nicked by the local little s**t, so they can use them on their bikes. They're not shiny though, and made of plastic, so hopefully they won't be interested in my over-priced valve caps.

I think they'll look loads better on my lupo steelies, which I've put off putting them on until November time, when winter starts to really kick in.

Honestly, they're just free valve caps to the people that steal them.

Why should we be worried of people stealing our stuff when we fit stuff to our car? This country's in a sorry state, I tell thee.

Maybe I should move the CCTV camera, so it looks towards my car. That should deter the theiving buggers.

I got them in Halfrauds. They were £3.45 a pair, from the bikehut section.

Yeah, I'm still not sure on them. They've managed to survive last night . Providing I have one of the dodgiest estates in Croydon (Shrublands :?), a stone's throw away, and the amount of chavs doing runs on their mopeds, and the mental hospital up the road, they've been lucky.

Oh yes, 1000+ views :D I guess you lot love my car, then

yeah i like them Ollie, but as u said, i'm not sure how long they would last on my car either!!
i live very close to the dodgiest estate in the UK, the Newington Estate, highest tenn preggers rates in Europe, and now they have a "clan" called the Newington Hill Massive!! they got themselves on the front page of the local newspaper sating they only do harm to bad people!!
they don't even live on a friggin hill and they graffiti everywhere NHM!! have done it to a few cars around the area and to a couple of vans round the corner from me!! its getting closer :(

baseball bats at the ready for all out war

Feck, Dan. That makes the one near me sound tame! In all honesty, I might be overreacting a bit, but I'm still wondering when, not if they get stolen. It could be so easy for the local paper-boy to nick them, when he's delivering the weekly Bromley times.

Anyway, away from the critique of chavs, the mirror cap is due to be sprayed next week. I've also changed my mind about buying a polo GTI, due to future job prospects, so you may expect something from the DERV stable from me sometime next year

And the valve caps are still on the car, hooray!
